🤝 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 99exch platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

✅ 2. Eligibility

To use 99exch, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
  • Not be a person who has been previously excluded from our services
  • Have a valid payment method in your own name

⚠️ Important: We conduct age verification checks. Any account found to be underage will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited.

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information as needed
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
  • Not share your account with any third party
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Create only ONE account per person

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. 99exch is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

💰 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits:

  • Minimum deposit amount is ₹500
  • Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name
  • We do not accept third-party payments
  • Deposits are credited after payment confirmation

Withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500
  • Withdrawals are processed within 2-5 minutes for UPI/e-wallets
  • Bank transfers may take 1-2 hours
  • KYC verification must be completed before first withdrawal
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals

🎮 5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 99exch are subject to the following:

  • Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled
  • Maximum bet limits apply and vary by game/event
  • We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors or technical malfunctions
  • In case of disputes, our decision is final
  • Winnings are credited automatically upon result confirmation
  • We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts showing suspicious activity

🎁 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms:

  • Each promotion has its own wagering requirements
  • Bonus abuse or fraud will result in account termination
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time unless specified otherwise
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met

🚫 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets
  • Collusion with other players
  • Arbitrage betting or exploitation of odds errors
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activities
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
  • Any form of cheating or manipulation

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach any of these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You fail to complete KYC verification
  • You request self-exclusion
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, you may request withdrawal of remaining legitimate funds after investigation.

99exch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Technical failures, interruptions, or errors
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Actions of third parties
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
  • Your own negligence in securing your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through our customer support. If unresolved:

  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation
  • Disputes shall be governed by applicable laws
  • Legal proceedings shall be in the appropriate jurisdiction
